What made you feel called to work with Marylou?

We were looking to bring more warmth and comfort into the spaces. Being a contemporary house and wanting a slightly eclectic feel, we came to the conclusion that Marylou was the person best suited to deliver.

What was your favourite thing about working with Marylou, or your favourite part of the process?

Working with Marylou was very rewarding. We connected with her immediately. She asked lots of questions and most importantly took into account our lifestyle, our use of each space and our vision for each space.

It was a delight to travel the streets of Sydney with Marylou. She gave us choices beyond our expectations and it was heartwarming to see the relationships she has built up with all the furniture houses.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about working with Marylou, but isn’t completely sure yet?

What we would say to anyone thinking about working with Marylou is that she is diverse, highly professional, approaches each job with a fresh perspective and she pours her heart and soul into every presentation.

She definitely achieved what we were looking for – comfort, warmth and an eclectic feel. She transformed difficult spaces into areas that are now inviting and cosy.
