What made you feel called to work with Marylou?

I have seen Marylou’s work for many years and when we first moved into our home she was involved in some of the soft furnishings and we were really happy with the result so it seemed obvious to call on her again when we needed our outside entertainment area redone.

How did your house/room/space look or feel before working with Marylou, and how does it look/feel now?

The area had been burnt by fire so there was nothing there. It needed a complete redo – both in terms of furniture as well as some structure.

What was your favourite thing about working with Marylou, or your favourite part of the process?

We love her choice of colour and texture, and that she works with top-quality vendors so we knew whatever we would get would be of the highest quality.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about working with Marylou, but isn’t completely sure yet?

That they only have to see Marylou’s own home or other work that she has done to see her attention to detail and taste in colour and product as well as her versatility in dealing with areas of all shapes, sizes, and design.
